  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

You may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Process

  • Details of the item you wish to exchange

2. Return the Item

Once your request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.
Please pack it securely to avoid any damage during transit.

3. Inspection

After receiving the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.

4. Select Replacement Item

You may choose any replacement item from our collection.

  • If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the price difference.

  • If it costs less, the difference may be adjusted accordingly.

5. Shipping of Replacement

We will dispatch your replacement item within a reasonable timeframe.
You will receive a confirmation message with tracking details once it is shipped.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will resolve the matter promptly.
